PhenolicTags.com ships laser-engraved phenolic tags nationwide from our veteran-owned shop in the USA. Every tag is custom-engraved to a proof you approve, so returns work differently than off-the-shelf products. Here's how shipping, turnaround, damaged orders and returns work.

Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide to addresses in the United States. For shipping outside the US or to APO/FPO addresses, call us before you order.
How long until my order ships?
Orders ship in [X] business days after you approve your proof. The clock starts at proof approval, not at quote request. Rush service is available: [RUSH TURNAROUND]. Call 407-773-3596 if you're working against an inspection date.
Shipping methods and costs
We ship by common ground and express carriers. Shipping cost depends on the size, weight and speed you choose and is shown on your quote. Delivery dates are carrier estimates.
Order tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Damaged, lost or incorrect shipments
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or different from your approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the tags and packaging. We'll remake or replace the affected tags.
Custom-engraved items and proof approval
Every tag is engraved to the proof you approve. If a tag doesn't match the approved proof, that's our error and we remake it at no charge. If the approved proof itself contained an error (for example a typo or wrong size you approved), we'll remake the tags at a reduced remake price.
Returns and refunds
Custom-engraved items can't be returned or refunded for a change of mind, because they're made to order. Refunds for our errors are handled as a remake, or as a refund to your original payment method if a remake isn't practical.
Order changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel your order at no charge any time before you approve the proof. Once engraving starts, the order can't be cancelled, but call us right away and we'll do what we can.
