Terms of Service
These terms cover use of PhenolicTags.com and orders for custom laser-engraved phenolic tags, nameplates and signs. Please read them before you order.

Acceptance of terms
By using PhenolicTags.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. PhenolicTags.com is a division of Evermark Industrial Solutions ("we," "us"). If you're ordering for a company, you confirm you're authorized to do so.
Orders, quotes and proofs
A quote is our offer to make the tags described in it at the stated price. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless the quote says otherwise. Every order gets a free proof. We start production only after you approve the proof, and your approval confirms the text, sizes, colors, mounting and quantities shown on it.
Your text, files and specifications
You are responsible for the accuracy of the text, sizes, colors and specification requirements you send us and approve on the proof. If your project has code, spec or inspection requirements, confirm them with the engineer of record before you approve. You confirm you have the right to use any text, logos or files you send us, and you allow us to use them to make your order.
Pricing and payment
Prices are as stated on your quote. Sales tax is added where required. Shipping is quoted separately unless included in your quote. Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice; production may wait until payment or an agreed deposit is received.
Shipping, risk of loss and delivery
Shipping details are on Shipping & Returns. Ship and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, unless we confirm a date in writing. Risk of loss passes to you when we hand the order to the carrier.
Returns, remakes and cancellations
Because every tag is engraved to your approved proof, custom items can't be returned for a change of mind. If we make a mistake against the approved proof, or the order arrives damaged, we'll remake it. See Shipping & Returns for details.
Warranties and disclaimers
We warrant that your tags will match the approved proof and be free from defects in materials and workmanship when shipped. Other than that, the products are provided as is. We engrave to your specification; we do not certify that any label meets a particular code, standard or inspection requirement. Arc flash and high-voltage labels are engraved from customer-supplied study data only; we don't perform studies, calculate incident energy or specify PPE.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, such as delays, lost profits or failed inspections.
Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. You keep the rights to the files and artwork you send us.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Seminole County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. The terms in effect when you approve your proof apply to that order.
